This offer is open to organizations in the Asia Pacific region who currently own a competitive EAM solution. The offer pertains to the core EAM product only and for equivalent product functionality. The following conditions apply:

1. The organization must show appropriate proof of competitive licenses count. Actual ownership of existing EAM licenses will not be transfered to Invensys.
2. Hosted ASP and Subscription based licenses will not be accepted.
3. Avantis licensing agreements are based on concurrent users. Named User or Enterprise licenses may be traded to Avantis concurrent user licenses. Please contact us for more details.

Other Considerations:

1. Avantis offers an extensive portfolio of value add modules that are available at their current list prices, plus the cost of support: Avantis Approval Module, Avantis VIP Advanced Scheduling, Avantis DataPilot, Avantis Condition Monitoring, Integrations, Avantis Integration Toolkit and Avantis Mobile Computing for MRO Inventory.
2. Additional concurrent seats can be purchased at a negotiated price.
3. With the trade-in offer, Avantis will include three (3) Avantis.DSS™ software licenses as part of the migration.
4. Avantis Services are offered at a fixed price, including data migration, when an assessment is completed first. The following are typical services investments for a base InRIM™ implementation:
   

   20 licenses	approximately $100K USD
   50 licenses	approximately $150K USD

5. Annual Support for the trade-in licenses will be charged at $630USD per concurrent user.
6. Annual Support for additional licenses above the trade-in licenses will be charged a rate of 18% of the license price with a minimum of $630USD per concurrent user.
